Frequently Asked Questions
100% polyester is used to make our customized photo pillows. Polyester fabric is used for the cushion covers, and recycled polyester fiber is used for the filler.
We don’t have any pre-designed templates at the time, so you’ll have to upload your own photo or design and create your own pillow.
We recommend that your file has a minimum resolution of 150 DPI for best printing results.
We print with dye-sublimation technology. This results in a vivid, high-quality print that doesn’t peel or fracture.
It’s best if you just spot clean it or dry clean it. Because the cushion doesn’t have a zipper, you won’t be able to machine wash the cover.
At the moment, no. There are two sizes available right now: 14″ x 14″ and 18″ x 18″.
